We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Brian McCauley. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Brian below.

Brian , appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?

Client appreciation is a big one for me. Clients are the foundation of our business so I always look out for their best interest in any situation. In regards to the best thing I’ve ever seen to show our clients value would have to be sticking to my word and helping them get to the finish line when time was not on our side to achieve their dream home. I am a man of my word, so when I make a promise to my clients, I keep it.

Brian , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and attended Lake Highlands High School. I have 15 plus years of experience within the mortgage industry which is constantly evolving. In my most recent position, I was the top producing mortgage originator. I feel blessed to have won several awards and incentive trips for outstanding performance in sales and customer service. I think my passion to accomplish any challenge that comes my way I like to think sets me apart from others. Being a former Texas Tech graduate, I’ve put a strong focus on building a large network of clients outside of the real estate industry such as CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, and other financial services-related associates. I have a huge passion for sports and am an avid golfer. In my free time, I volunteer for various church functions and enjoy mentoring anyone that is interested in getting into the industry.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Social media has become its own entity. Not only does it help clients and folks get to know you on a personal level with brand recognition, but it also keeps everyone in the loop professionally. I started really perfecting my social media platform years ago and as of this year, expanded my social reach from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to now include a YouTube channel and a podcast as well. I really like the idea of being able to share the knowledge I’ve learned over the years and pay it forward on all of my social networks. The advice I would give to anyone trying to build their social media presence would be to just stay consistent and trendy with the platform you choose to utilize. As long as your account stays active it opens the door to many opportunities to not only attract more clients, but connect with counterparts within your field to maybe learn something new and better your brand.
